New for Fall 2020, CMS Sports is offering a co-ed sports performance enhancement camp.
Description: A strong foundation and efficient movement patterns can enhance youth sports performance. Optimal athletic performance requires strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, agility, and coordination. The key to improving athletic performance and reaching maximum potential is to identify and correct deficits in any of these areas. Critical keys to success in youth development are knowing how to work safely with growing bodies ad finding what motivates the younger set — all while fostering a lifelong passion for fitness.
Dates: Wednesday September 9 to Friday November 13
Days: Wednesday and Friday
- Session 1 from 2:30pm to 3:30pm
- Session 2 from 3:30pm to 4:30pm.
- Students will be assigned to one session with no movement between sessions allowed.
Location: Green Field (Softball Center Field at Village Elementary School)
Equipment: Students should wear athletic shoes and clothes conducive to movement
Students: Minimum of 5 students and maximum of 12 students in grades 6 through 8
