Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-4:30pm at the multi-purpose room downstairs at the Coronado Fitness Club (located at 875 Orange Avenue). First class is Tuesday September 17.
Strength and Speed is a fitness class with certified personal trainers from the Coronado Fitness Club. The class workouts will vary utilizing different training techniques and methods for a full body workout increasing both strength and speed of the participant.
Athletes should be dressed in athletic attire and ready to work in a variety of fitness categories including running, weight training, plyometrics, tabata, and much more!
